Fuse Frozen Co. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit fusefrozenco.com or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

In this policy, "we" means Fuse Franchising, LLC, doing business as Fuse Frozen Co., and the affiliated companies that operate our stores.

When you contact a store, apply for a job, or ask about owning a franchise, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The store location you are contacting or applying to
• For franchise inquiries: the area you are interested in, a range for your liquid capital and net worth, and how you heard about us
• Your message and anything else you choose to tell us

We collect this through the forms on our website, through lead forms in our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and by email. When you submit a lead form on Meta, Meta's own privacy policy also applies.

If your franchise answers fall below our minimum requirements, your inquiry is not sent to us and we do not keep those answers.

2. Information collected automatically

Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. Our web host and the spam protection on our forms may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device, to keep the site running and block spam. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.

4. Who we share your information with

We use service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Website hosting and forms (Webflow)
• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA)
• Moving form submissions into our records (Zapier)
• Email and business records (Google Workspace and Brevo)
• Fonts (Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

Business transfers. If Fuse Frozen Co. is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The new owner will be bound by this policy for the information you gave us.

5. Instagram and other platforms

Our website shows posts from our Instagram account and links to Instagram and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep normal business records. We keep franchise inquiries so we can follow up over time, and we archive inquiries that stop responding. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you give us. No method of storing or sending information electronically is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

To see, update, or delete the information you have given us, contact us at the email below and we will take care of it.

9. Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
